Cactus Painting

For this assignment, you will create a whimsical painting of a cactus (or any other plant). The best thing about these paintings is the ability to make paintings using complementary colors adding contrast to your images.

  • Complete a painting showing quality craftsmanship

  • Decide on a color scheme (be sure to include complementary colors in order to make your painting pop)
  • Draw out your design
  • Begin Painting- Do Not forget to complete an under painting first, then background, then foreground.
